  2. Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customers
  3. Align the annual sales target with customers, monitor performance month over month
  4. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management, and account receivable collections on time
  5. Achieve 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service
  6. Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
  7. Support marketing activities and communication, and improve the brand image
  8. Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies
  9. Actively collaborate with head office teams to get support and feedback from front-line information
  10. Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
  2. Good understanding of the distribution PV market
  3. 3+ years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry
  4. Experience working for multinational companies, with a global mindset
  5. Proven track record of successfully executing sales targets in previous roles
  6. PV technical background is a plus
  7. Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit
  8. Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing different customer levels from procurement to C-suite
  9. A fast learner with street-smart skills
Other Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and the local language
  2. Ability to travel regularly and/or abroad at short notice
