Job Description: Software Enterprise Account Manager (Italy)

We enhance business agility while addressing IAM challenges within on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

We are currently seeking a Software Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Italy. The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and involves working alongside a team of senior sales account managers.

Responsibilities
  • Represent a balanced sales effort of software products knowledge and selling skills.
  • Grow the territory/region/account base/named accounts to meet financial objectives.
  • Understand customers’ business and solution requirements.
  • Manage territory/regional accounts, including account planning and sales forecasting.
  • Generate pipeline by creating new opportunities and developing them through the sales process.
  • Engage regularly with decision-makers at client facilities to perform primary duties.
  • Lead the sales process, utilizing all available resources to manage accounts, including channel partners and the customer ecosystem.
  • Anticipate how market and competitive factors will influence the selling of One Identity products and services.
  • Advise customers and internal teams on strategic business and technology plans.
  • Be recognized as a thought leader within the industry, understanding the One Identity business model and competitors.
  • Assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions; create product solutions for customers; demonstrate effective presentation and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • 7+ years of experience in selling security solutions; knowledge of Identity Manager solutions is desirable.
  • Proven ability to develop business opportunities with a clear path to closing deals.
  • High call rate and evidence of creative deal-making are essential.
  • Knowledge of the Italian market and territory.
  • Ability to collaborate with partners and provide strategic direction.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Ability to develop long-term, strategic relationships at the executive level.
