Starting Pay and Shift Details

Starting Pay: $21.50 per hour. Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 pm to 6 am. Shift: 2.

• Operate machines safely with minimal supervision

• Obtain necessary production specifications
• Relay information effectively across all employee levels
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends (hours may vary)
• Pass a post-offer background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper startup
• Control line speeds, production rates, and equipment operation for safety and quality
• Conduct quality checks
• Complete required paperwork, including downtime and HACCP reports, using SAP SOPs
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Maintain professional conduct aligned with company standards
