Job Description:

Your mission

The ASM Italy & Greece is fully accountable for the sales leadership and direction of the GS business in the area. She/he is responsible for leading the partner business in the respective markets to drive brand execution across all channels with the aim of setting, meeting, and exceeding the overall targets. She/he is accountable for delivering exceptional client experience, brand visibility, and operational excellence through proper planning and implementation of the GS Distribution, Retail, and Training strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Follow up and achieve the sales budget (in units and value) for the concerned area.
  2. Ensure the right presence and environment of the brand at the POS and digital level.
  3. Monitor and ensure the quality and quantity of stock levels at the POS following the International Guidelines.
  4. Responsible for opening or closing doors in the concerned area under the guidance of the GS Europe Sales Director.
  5. Represent the brand throughout the territory, ensuring the quality and quantity of marketing and presentation of products.
  6. Manage trade/POS events in liaison with GS Europe HQ and Marketing department.
  7. Coordinate logistics and liaise with the Physical Distribution department regarding stock and deliveries.
  8. Coordinate watch orders during launch periods.
  9. Support market activities with materials and services from local headquarters for product launches, events, and promotions.
  10. Provide updates on activities, promotions, and material availability to POS.
  11. Control local marketing activities and budget under the guidance of GS Europe.
  12. Maintain communication and follow-up with GS Europe headquarters.
  13. Handle administrative tasks, including organizing information flow.
  14. Organize client visits.
  15. Train partner teams using GS training and eLearning resources.
  16. Manage POS sales statistics.
Requirements
  • Fluent in verbal and written Italian and English; French is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of marketing luxury consumer goods (ads, sales, distribution, pricing, communication, PR, POSM).
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
  • Team player with sound decision-making skills.
  • Digital and IT savvy.
  • Open-minded, attentive listener.
  • Good communication skills.
Reporting line

Based in Milan, reporting to the Grand Seiko Europe Sales Director.
