Job Description:

Objectives:

  • Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, collaborating closely with management.
  • Act as a Key Account Manager for international clients.
  • Provide offers and quotes to current and potential customers.
  • Report to the Sales Director Europe.

Main Activities:

  • Define sales strategies for various products.
  • Gather information for sale contracts.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to tailor solutions for customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, especially related to replacing Polyamide compounds.
  • Negotiate sales terms with management approval.
  • Manage customer rates and records.
  • Request samples and tests for laboratory analysis.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensure contracts and sales volumes are properly managed.
  • Anticipate and manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and organizational changes.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (management, sales, R&D, QHSE, finance).
  • Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
  • Report on sales activities, customer status, and sample progress during meetings.
