Responsibilities:

1. Support in the execution and management of compatibility tests between plastic components and chemical products (perfume, oil-based products, creams, etc.). This includes filling bottles, performing tests under the extractor hood, and compiling documentation.
2. Conduct technical analysis of customer complaints.
3. Define product configurations on customer bottles, such as the length of the suction tube and the dimensions of the bottleneck.
4. Execute compatibility tests between pumps and products received from customers.
5. Prepare Standard Investigation Reports related to product configuration and manage technical complaints.
6. Maintain laboratory order and cleanliness standards (6S, internal procedures).
7. Analyze technical drawings and perform metrology of molded plastic parts using a non-contact optical microscope.

Job experience / Knowledge:

• Diploma in a technical field.
