Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing product projects from concept to DIBA documentation, phases, and cycles in collaboration with the industrialization department.
• Coordinating technical office activities.
• Collaborating with R&D and COM to prepare product datasheets.
• Working across departments to accelerate development timelines.
• Obtaining and maintaining product certifications for various markets (e.g., VRAS – UK, DEU, KIVA – Nord Europa).
• Enhancing the organization and efficiency of the technical office as a strategic hub.
• Participating in process evaluation, standardization, and performance improvements.
• Interfacing with technical contacts of clients for both private label and proprietary products.

Operational Tasks

• Thermal and fluid-dynamic design of components and hydraulic systems.
• Technical drawing using SolidWorks and managing company software.
• Supporting technical documentation and certification management according to ISO standards.
• Coordinating bureaucratic activities related to certification processes.
• Ensuring technical consistency and market readiness through ongoing collaboration across departments.

Your Profile

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Technician diploma (preferably Thermotechnical), or equivalent training.
• Experience in thermohydraulic design, especially in water, HVAC, or thermal systems sectors.
• Good knowledge of fluid dynamics principles applied to thermotechnical design.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage projects independently.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of European quality and product certifications.
• Operational attitude with strategic vision, methodical approach, and continuous improvement focus.
• Willingness to be a key team member.
