Job Summary
Supermicro is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager in Italy to sell our data center products and solutions to public, government, and enterprise customers. The role involves managing complex, multi-portfolio, large deals and building relationships with C-Level executives to generate new business opportunities. This is a remote position, open to any location in Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, win, and manage enterprise accounts across Italy.
  • Develop new opportunities in AI, Server, and Storage markets.
  • Maintain and grow current customer relationships.
  • Explore new sales avenues and improve sales strategies.
  • Research market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with commercial and technical teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in enterprise sales or business development in Italy.
  • Experience selling high-tech solutions to corporate or government clients.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, competitive, and diverse environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
