Job Description:

The Customer Care Specialist, located in our HQ office in Solomeo, is part of the Global CRM team and will act as a Brand Ambassador towards customers contacting the Brand from all countries and channels (e-commerce, boutiques, multibrand stores).

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, she/he will collaborate closely with the Retail, Multibrand, Digital teams, Repairs, E-commerce warehouse, Legal, DPO departments, and with Local CRM and customer care colleagues.

Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to spreading the CRM culture within the company.
  2. Establish a human connection with customers in every interaction, fostering a relationship with the Brand, Solomeo, Casa Cucinelli, and Boutiques worldwide.
  3. Act as a personal stylist for customers, managing both digital and physical clienteling activities to proactively involve customers in the Brand's life, enhancing their experience and strengthening their bond with the Brand.
  4. Review, prioritize, and resolve all customer service requests, ensuring excellent service aligned with the luxury Brand positioning, before, during, and after purchase.
  5. Manage returns, repairs, and alterations, tracking and facilitating these operations.
  6. Support E-commerce OMS, operations, and Omnichannel activities, including shipment monitoring and follow-up with clients in both online and boutique settings.
  7. Assist with special projects such as training sessions, customer delight initiatives, and gifting.
Requirements
  1. Native Arabic and French speaker (both spoken and written); fluency in Italian and English is required.
  2. Minimum experience in Customer Care, Retail, or CRM roles, preferably in luxury sectors.
  3. A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for establishing authentic relationships.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating gently and empathetically to resolve difficult situations in line with the Brand's spirit.
  5. Extreme attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and a passion for fashion, styling, and storytelling.
  6. Ability to work independently and in an international team environment.
  7. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus; good proficiency in Excel is required.
