Hotel Manager Position at Horstmann Hotels Group

Horstmann Hotels Group is seeking Hotel Managers for the 2025 season at our hotels on Lake Garda. We are looking for brilliant and motivated candidates to support our ongoing change and renewal project.

Ideal candidates will have adequate experience and a proven ability to proactively manage teams, especially during stressful seasonal peaks. We value coaching skills that enhance the personal talents of team members directly under your supervision.

We seek a positive individual with strong problem-solving skills, highly customer-focused, understanding that guest experience depends on both the location and the staff.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Premise management, reporting directly to the General Manager.
  2. Overseeing onboarding processes, HR management, performance, and results, with support from the Group HR Department.

Minimum requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Mandatory proficiency in English; German language skills are preferred.
  3. Good knowledge of office software.
