Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Founded 29 years ago, the company is now a market leader in Ukraine and successfully exports its products to European countries and worldwide.

Due to rapid growth, we are opening a position for a Head of Sales Department in Italy.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent English and Italian.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales management position.
  • Financial literacy.
  • Knowledge of local tax legislation and customs regulations.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Experience in conducting negotiations.
  • Permanent residence in Italy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieving divisional sales targets.
  • Participating in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
  • Contributing to the development of pricing, discount, and bonus policies.
  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy for the division.
  • Overseeing the execution of trade marketing strategies in the region.
  • Negotiating with key clients and preparing the necessary documentation.
  • Organizing and managing company participation in exhibitions and industry events.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing the sales team.
