OPERATIONS SPECIALIST FOR INTERMODAL/ROAD TRANSPORT, Trieste

We are seeking an Operations Specialist / Assistant Operations Specialist for intermodal/road transport to join our growing team at the Trieste headquarters. The ideal candidate should be a native Turkish speaker, possess a valid EU residence permit, and be willing to relocate to Trieste.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken)
• At least one year of experience in international transport companies
• EU work permit
• Flexibility in working hours due to time zone differences with Turkey

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the transport process
2. Verify transport documents
3. Communicate with customers
4. Update customers from loading to unloading phases

The candidate should be proactive, team-oriented, capable of multitasking and problem-solving, flexible, curious, and possess excellent communication skills.
