Job Opportunity in Pordenone, Italy

Humangest Spa, a branch in Pordenone, is seeking candidates for a company in the electrical sector near Pordenone (PN).

The successful candidate, part of a cohesive team, will primarily be responsible for:

1. Registering incoming delivery notes (DDT);
2. Creating outgoing sales/return notes;
3. Handling customs relations and obtaining customs documents;
4. Organizing shipments with external and internal carriers;
5. Negotiating prices with shippers.

The selected candidate will directly liaise with the following departments:

• Quality;
• Planning;
• Production;
• Administration.

Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, the candidate should have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of shipping documentation;
• Skills in organizing shipping agents;
• Strong organizational skills and resource management.

Initial employment through temporary agency with the possibility of permanent placement; on-site training provided.

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, approximately from 8:00 to 17:00.

Work location: Area near Pordenone.
