We are looking for a highly motivated Contract Logistics Administration Specialist to join us in our Mantua warehouse. We are creating a 130,000 sqm state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse that will handle logistics services for our client adidas and serve 19 countries across Eastern and Southern Europe. Your Role

As an Administration Specialist, you will be part of the Operations team, responsible for managing documents related to inbound/outbound goods, ensuring proper administration, data entry, and reporting using local software and tools.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Support operations by administering documentation, checking and collating delivery notes, run and seal sheets, and organizing materials following local procedures.
  2. Process all incoming and outgoing documentation such as delivery notes, CMR, export declarations, etc.
  3. Collaborate with Operations to create and update local procedures and communication methods for administrative information.
  4. Complete daily administrative duties, including processing receipts, records, and inbound/outbound documentation.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting in local systems.

Your Skills and Experiences

  1. 0–2 years’ experience in large-scale (>300 FTE) highly automated fulfillment operations, preferably in eCommerce, Fashion, or Retail.
  2. Experience in fast-paced environments with analytical skills to identify root causes and predict issues using metric-based approaches.
  3. Proficiency in administrative activities in logistics or fast-paced productive environments, with strong data entry and reporting skills.
  4. Experience working in logistics or productive contexts with high volumes.
