Customer Experience Specialist

Adecco, working with one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist.

The selected candidate will:

1. Oversee affiliated points of sale (tobacco shops, bars, betting shops);
2. Explain the service offered via app to potential customers;
3. Assist customers in downloading and registering on the app;
4. Help customers make their first bet, enabling access to attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in promoting services or products;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
• Knowledge of IT tools, especially app usage.

We offer:

• A fixed-term contract of 6+6 months with potential for long-term employment;
• Level V of the CCNL Commerce with 14 monthly payments;
• Full-time 40 hours/week on shifts from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week);
• Variable incentive bonuses;
