Job Description:

Adecco, one of the leading international operators in the regulated gaming sector active in Italy, is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.

The selected candidate will:

1. Oversee affiliated points of sale (tobacco shops, bars, betting shops);
2. Explain the services offered via app to potential customers;
3. Assist customers with downloading and registering on the app;
4. Help customers make their first bet, enabling access to attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in promoting services or products;
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities;
4. Flexibility and availability to work shifts from Monday to Saturday;
5. Knowledge of IT tools, especially app usage.

What we offer:

1. 6+6 months fixed-term contract with prospects for long-term employment;
2. Level V of the CCNL Commerce, with 14 monthly payments;
3. Full-time 40 hours per week on shifts from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week);
