After-sales Technical Support_Energy Storage Solution (ESS)

Company Overview:

Job Overview:

The resource will be part of the Service Department and will be responsible for all after-sales service support activities related to Hisense ESS products and solutions in Italy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the Service Network for Energy Storage Solutions
  • Provide technical support to the Service network on ESS solutions
  • Monitor activities and costs of the Service Network
  • Organize training sessions for service networks
  • Support the Pre-Sales team in meetings with the Home Appliance Research Center and organize technical seminars and product training
  • Manage technical documentation
  • Collaborate with HQ to analyze product quality and suggest improvements
  • Provide on-site support to the Service Network

Required Skills:

  • Background in thermomechanical, energy, or mechanical engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of Energy Storage Solutions products and market
  • Experience with ESS management and supervision systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good English language skills
