Job Description:
Objectives:
- Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, in collaboration with management.
- Act as a Key Account Manager for international clients.
- Provide offers and quotes to customers.
- Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
- Define sales strategies for various products.
- Gather information for sale contracts.
- Coordinate with technical team to propose suitable solutions.
- Seek new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds.
- Negotiate sale terms with management.
- Manage customer rates and records.
- Issue material samples and test requests.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes.
- Manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and structural changes.
- Serve as an interface between customers and internal teams.
- Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
- Report on sales activities and customer interactions.
Your profile:
- Skilled in sales and negotiation techniques.
- Knowledgeable about company's products and advantages.
- Experienced in plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with a successful account management record.
- Analytical with market adaptability.
- Decisive, problem-solver.
- Excellent communicator across departments.
- Good time management and self-motivated.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
