Villa Portfolio & Rentals Manager (Italy team)

Start Date : ASAP

Employer : N2S Italia Ltd

Type of Contract : Full-Time

Base Salary per Annum : to be discussed, depending on experience

Bonus : up to 20% of the Gross Salary

Annual Leave Entitlement : 3 months

Working place : working from home / remote

Working days : Monday to Friday. In high season (June to September), occasional weekend assistance may be required for urgent matters.

TASKS :
  1. Product : Constant research of new private properties and villas to be added to our N2S Villas portfolio. Understanding and developing the N2S vision, taste, and philosophy in property selection. Conduct site visits for quality checks and liaise with villa owners and/or managers. Design and research tailored experiences around each villa and its destination.
  2. Admin : Collaborate with the Admin & Product team to update villa details regularly. Review images, rates, and inclusions annually. Coordinate with IT to upload new villas online. Ensure all crucial details are available for quotations and bookings. Maintain and improve database. Upload all villa bookings into company software (TourWriter, TravelKey & AXUS).
  3. Sales / Customer Care : Manage villa rental inquiries from travel agents, suggest suitable properties, and gather pre-arrival information for clients. Create detailed itineraries including experiences, transportation, and additional services. Liaise with villa managers/owners to facilitate check-ins and ensure a seamless stay. Follow up on requests, ensure high service standards, and maintain constant communication with clients. Enhance guest experience with personalized touches.
  4. Others : Support the CEO, COO, and CFO with daily tasks as needed.
REQUIRED :
  • Minimum 2 years experience in short-term real estate or luxury travel industry
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, especially during high season
  • Good ground logistics management, proactive, with good taste
  • Strong communication skills

  • London (full-time employment), Italy or New York (full-time freelancer due to current law)
