Company Overview: Polti S.p.A., a leading company in the design and production of steam appliances, is looking for an Amazon Account Specialist to join the E-Commerce Department at its headquarters in Bulgarograsso (CO), Italy.

Role Description: Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, the Amazon Account Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Group company's Amazon account, working to enhance visibility, sales, and overall brand performance on the platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of e-commerce sales strategies and best practices for selling on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product pages, images, descriptions, and keywords to maximize Amazon visibility.
  • Analyze sales and product performance, monitoring key KPIs such as conversion rate, ranking, and customer feedback.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Amazon Advertising Manager to execute marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Interface with Amazon AVS to monitor sellout performance and other specific KPIs.
  • Prepare reports on sellout activities and product launches.
  • Work alongside various Polti teams (marketing, sales, logistics) to optimize the overall sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce marketplaces at an international level.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce SEO, and Amazon advertising campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional EU languages are considered a plus.
  • Autonomous project management capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Amazon automation and analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is preferred.

Job Offer:

  • Permanent contract with a salary aligned to the candidate's profile and experience.
