This is a full-time, on-site role based in Venice. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of 3 restaurants and 2 bars, manage food service, ensure customer satisfaction, provide staff training, and handle budgeting for F&B operations.
The resort is a historic landmark with 900 years of heritage, featuring beautifully restored monastery buildings, a 12th-century chapel, and nearly 15 acres of gardens with stunning views of the city.
