Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our audio production team and oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality shows. The role involves managing show performance, production schedules, and collaborating with content teams to innovate and improve our offerings.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and support a team of producers and audio leads to create compelling shows that retain listeners across all stages.
2. Analyze show performance and conduct root cause analysis for listener drops.
3. Manage production schedules, oversee recording sessions, and coordinate sound engineers and post-production.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production, including scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes.
5. Collaborate with content teams to plan resources based on the content pipeline.
6. Contribute innovative ideas related to sound design, production processes, and final output.
7. Provide feedback to talent to help them reach their potential.
8. Work with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L and talent relations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or related fields.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for hit shows.
• Strategic, creative, and skilled in project management.
• High attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with talent and talent reps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Location: Remote, anywhere in Italy.

Language Proficiency: English and Italian.
