A leading engineering company in Turin is seeking an E-Traction Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on E-Traction software and BMS hardware, supporting application development and testing activities. Candidates should have a background in software testing along with the ability to conduct vehicle tests, including travel to various locations for evaluations.

Competenze

• Experience in software field with a testing background.
• Prior role as Application Engineer is required.
• Familiarity with Testing environments in Automotive is beneficial.

Job Description:

Activities:

• The work team focuses not only on E-Traction software, but also on BMS hardware, testing, cell characterization, and battery pack module development;
• Support activities for BMS application development and testing activities;
• Travel is required about once a month, not only to Germany but also to Nardò and Sweden (during winter runs);
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to have a driver's license for prototypes;
• The role involves testing vehicles and prototypes in operation.

Requirements:

• Requested experience not only in software field but also with testing background, with a focus on application development/testing;
• Previous experience as an Application Engineer is necessary, though not necessarily in BMS component.
• Experience with HIL is a plus;
• Knowledge of English B2/C1;
• Tools: Vector CANoe, CANape, Simulink, and Matlab;
• Any candidate familiar with Testing environments in Automotive could be considered;
