Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s E-commerce Team, reporting to the Head of E-store.

Such talent is responsible for the management of WW E-commerce sites contents.

In particular, you will :

  • Manage local websites with full animation plan (launches, promos…)
  • Monitor online merchandising performance (conversion optimization, searches management, sorting rules, etc…)
  • Manage websites 360 content through CMS
  • Collect E-commerce business needs / Wishlist and collaborate with Customer experience team for prioritization management
  • Build clear business specifications based on competitors’ benchmark and market best practices on relevant features
  • Support implementation of all system emails, labels, etc…, related to new releases
  • Test quality before monthly releases globally
  • Deploy and configure new features
  • Manage on-site SEO-related contents (content optimization in all languages so including translations optimization)
  • Cooperate with SEO agency to improve organic rankings and captivate audience
  • Start cross communications and links between social networks database-platforms and website whilst ensuring link-building

What you will need to succeed

  • Minimum 4-year experience in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP, Contentful CMS, Salesforce is a plus
  • Full understanding of the end-to-end UI-UX shopping experience
  • Technical knowledge of E-commerce platforms and E-commerce-related software
  • Knowledge of CMS tools
  • Advanced Knowledge of GA tool (Data Studio;
  • Google Optimize;

Google Merchant is a plus)
