A leading company in Consumer Healthcare is seeking a Shopper / Customer Marketing professional in Milan. The role focuses on driving category growth through HCP and E-shopper engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Shopper or Trade Marketing, ideally within FMCG or healthcare sectors.
Managing and executing End-to-End Shopper and HCP engagement journeys for a given category, responsible for HCP and Shopper / E-shopper activation.
Implements the category strategy in-store, e-commerce (Amazon and e-retailers), and through HCP activation.
Develops shopper and HCP communication tools to support category growth plans.
Develops e-commerce business plans.
Continuously identifies opportunities to win with shoppers and HCPs and drives future growth.
Collaborates strongly with cross-functional teams (customer, growth performance, medical, regulatory) and global teams when relevant.
