Descrizione del lavoro

Managing and executing End-to-End Shopper and HCP engagement journeys for a given category, responsible for HCP and Shopper / E-shopper activation.

Implements the category strategy in-store, e-commerce (Amazon and e-retailers), and through HCP activation.

Develops shopper and HCP communication tools to support category growth plans.

Develops e-commerce business plans.

Continuously identifies opportunities to win with shoppers and HCPs and drives future growth.

Collaborates strongly with cross-functional teams (customer, growth performance, medical, regulatory) and global teams when relevant.

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Drive category growth.
  • Execute E-shopper, Shopper, and HCP plans based on insights to ensure sustainable sales growth and profitability.
  • Manage development, alignment, full execution, and administration of all Shopper & HCP materials for the category, including shopper initiatives (BTL investments, visibility programs, trade leaflets, pharmacy communication materials, chain marketing promotions), e-shopper initiatives (product pages, content management, SEO, KPI measurement), and HCP initiatives (KOL programs, conferences, pharmacist learning programs, detailing communication).
  • Manage category Shopper and HCP budget.
  • Implement growth plans through collaboration, aligning with customer teams on promotional priorities by cycle, channel, and customer.
  • Support trade strategy and engagement tools development.
  • Collaborate with growth performance teams to define KPIs for ROI tracking and ensure timely and quality execution of initiatives.
  • Analyze performance data to fine-tune plans for profitability and market share growth.
Skills, Experience & Knowledge Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Shopper / Customer or Trade Marketing.
  • Experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies.
  • Executional excellence, strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work autonomously, balancing strategic and short-term needs.
