The E-Learning Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and management of digital training content for the company's E-Learning platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital learning, excellent communication skills, and solid experience in creating engaging and interactive content.

Responsibilities:

E-Learning Content Design and Development:

• Analyze training needs and translate them into effective digital content.
• Design and develop E-Learning courses using authoring tools.
• Create multimedia content (videos, animations, infographics) to enrich the learning experience.
• Develop quizzes, tests, and interactive activities to assess learning.

E-Learning Platform Management:

• Upload and organize content on the E-Learning platform.
• Monitor user activity and generate reports on platform usage.
• Provide technical support to platform users.
• Update existing content based on feedback and company developments.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with trainers in the content creation.
• Communicate effectively with employees to promote the use of the E-Learning platform.
• Stay up-to-date with new trends and technologies in the field of E-Learning.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Experience in designing and developing E-Learning content.
• Excellent knowledge of authoring tools.
• Proficiency in creating multimedia content (videos, animations, infographics).
• Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management System) platforms.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Result-oriented and attention to detail.
