Galderma Italia recherche un eKey Account Manager pour gérer des clients digitaux sur le marché italien, en synergie avec les équipes marketing et trade. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative en eCommerce, une forte connaissance des marketplaces et fera preuve d'une mentalité entrepreneuriale. Competenze

  • 5 ans d'expérience dans des rôles similaires (eCommerce KAM / Digital Sales).
  • Connaissance approfondie des marketplaces et des verticaux digitaux.
  • Fluent en italien et en anglais.

As an eKey Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key digital customers in the Italian market, including:

  • TikTok Shop
  • Beauty verticals and other strategic pure players

You will work in synergy with the marketing, digital, and trade teams to define commercial strategies and accelerate the growth of our brands online.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the customer-level P&L to ensure profitability of activities
  • Manage commercial and operational relationships with assigned eRetailers
  • Build and implement strategic plans to maximize visibility and sales
  • Analyze performance (sell-in / sell-out), campaigns, and assortments
  • Optimize the digital shelf and user experience for each platform
  • Collaborate with internal functions (trade, supply, legal, media) for flawless execution
  • Launch new products and schedule promotional initiatives
  • Monitor market trends, benchmarks, and new eRetail opportunities

Who We're Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in similar roles (eCommerce KAM / Digital Sales)
  • Deep knowledge of marketplaces and digital verticals
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel and BI tools
  • Understanding of Amazon dynamics (Vendor Central / Seller Central)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible, growth-oriented
  • Fluent in Italian and English

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience in ePharma or TikTok Shop
  • Background in FMCG, Beauty, or Health
  • International experience or multichannel management
