Role Description

Grivel is seeking an experienced and skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and develop the company’s B2C channel, reporting directly to the Marketing & Digital Director.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage on-site activities daily, focusing on catalog management, including PLP creation, product sorting, filters, navigation menu, and internal search.
  2. Align on-site activities with brand objectives and the editorial calendar; optimize collections and product categories to improve the shopping experience.
  3. Coordinate with agencies involved in E-commerce support and strategy.
  4. Curate Visual Merchandising activities for Grivel.com, considering delivery, seasonal trends, collections performances, and inventory levels.
  5. Partner with the sales team to promote the right products and initiatives effectively.
  6. Oversee promotional initiatives and monitor sales performance and other digital metrics; respond daily to optimize product placement and increase conversion, leveraging industry trends.
  7. Prepare periodic presentations and provide insights to decision-makers.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the e-commerce landscape.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Sport/Fashion company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of website platform technologies and e-commerce tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Gorgias).
  • Proficiency in Shopify; knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for the Sport industry and ability to stay current with market trends and competitor strategies in eCommerce.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and attention to detail.
