MittelCo S.r.l. is an Italian company located in Gorizia with 30 years of experience in the international distribution of premium Italian brands (FMCG) in the Adriatic Region and Italy.

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented E-Commerce Sales Manager to join our team.

As the E-Commerce Sales Manager for the Adriatic region, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing our online presence across various platforms. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies and tactics that maximize revenue generation. Your goal will be to enhance our brand’s visibility, increase customer acquisition, and improve customer retention through effective e-commerce sales techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and execute the e-commerce sales strategy for the Adriatic region (starting with Italy, and Slovenia), in alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Identify and target new online sales channels, marketplaces, and partnerships to expand our e-commerce reach.
  • Manage and optimize our product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and pricing information.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive online traffic and sales.
  • Analyse sales data, generate reports, and provide insights on performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners, negotiating favorable terms and maximizing sales potential.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends, innovations, and best practices, and implement relevant technologies and tools to enhance our e-commerce capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and platforms, such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluent in English and Italian language and knowledge of other languages spoken in the Adriatic region would be an advantage.
