We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong passion for technology and digital, ready for a new adventure as E-commerce Project Manager in our dynamic Tech team.

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in managing complex digital projects, ideally within the e-commerce industry.

The team you'll be part of :

Our Tech team is a pillar of TLG : we take on new challenges and create possibilities within the global luxury fashion and design ecosystems.

As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for the platform that powers TLG, its efficiency, innovation, and speed of evolution.

Being a member of this team of very talented people, working across engineering, support and enterprise architecture, will allow you to lead and leave your mark while contributing to TLG’s business mission.

What you'll do :

Manage and deliver a portfolio of complex projects to push ecommerce one step forward, including websites launches, integrations, new functionalities, global and omni-channel solutions.

Identify and implement solutions leveraging both existing and emerging technologies, ensuring target achievement in terms of functionality, quality, costs and speed of execution.

Serve as a reference point both within and outside of TLG, supporting project scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization. Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with a team of exceptional professionals, international brands, and global service providers.

Be responsible for delivering a top-notch experience for both customers and colleagues , proactively improving systems, tools, and processes to drive innovation at TLG.

Resolve technical issues swiftly and provide high-quality support , ensuring that every technology-related challenge is addressed effectively to enhance the user experience.

What we're looking for :

3+ years of experience in digital project management, systems integrations, or a similar field within complex digital environments.

Previous experience in consulting and / orwith e-commerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, Woocomerce, BigCommerce will be considered a strong plus.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization and adapt communication style to suit diverse stakeholders.

Hands-on, problem-solving approach with a continuous learning and entrepreneurial mindset.

Positive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving demands.

Fluent in both Italian and English.
