GM srl, an importer and leader distributor of premium meats in the HO.RE.CA. sector.

We are looking for a team member to expand our B2C brand team (www.wilfred.shop), in the role of:

The selected candidate will be involved mainly in the following activities:

  1. Monitoring and coordinating logistics flows and shipments (from warehouse to final customer)
  2. Operational support for the pick-up store service (click & collect - premium butcher shop)
  3. Managing and optimizing customer service: ticket resolution, customer assistance via email/phone/live chat
  4. Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
  5. Actively contributing to operational projects and process improvements related to order management, after-sales, and customer satisfaction

--> Will actively participate in all upcoming growth activities and projects, in a stimulating startup-style work environment, ideal for ambitious individuals who want to make a difference daily and are eager to be actively involved in the operational and managerial dynamics of a growing e-commerce.

--> We seek a manager-minded, problem-solving approach individual who can manage and improve processes or has the ambition to learn and take responsibility for completing tasks effectively.

  • Operational mindset, focused on problem solving and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, customer service
  • Organizational, communicative, and relational skills
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, particularly in managing operational tasks and customer service
  • A passion for food/barbecue will be considered a plus

Contract duration: 6 months fixed-term, with the possibility of renewal to an indefinite contract
