To carry out our mission, we are looking for an E-commerce Lead to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF:
  • E-commerce Strategy Development: Define and implement online sales strategies to increase conversions, traffic, and sales, and identify growth opportunities;
  • Platform and Catalog Management: Manage the platform and oversee website maintenance, ensuring it runs smoothly and keeping the product catalog up to date;
  • Order Management and Customer Service: Supervise the entire order fulfillment process, working closely with the customer service team;
  • User Experience Optimization: Improve the user experience on the platform by using analysis tools to understand customer behavior and increase conversions;
  • Marketing Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and retargeting campaigns;
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor e-commerce site KPIs, analyze sales data and user behavior, and provide regular reports.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO BRING WITH YOU:
  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or similar;
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in the role;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong knowledge of English (B2/C1);
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing);
  • Familiarity with analysis tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Previous experience in large-scale project management;
  • Previous international experience;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
