The Team and Role :

In the role of E-Commerce Customer Specialist you will be in charge of the development of the account assigned by driving quarterly & yearly marketing & sales plans.

You will also manage the strategic development of the e-commerce landscape aligning your strategy with the other channels where the company is playing.

Location for this role is only Milan, Italy.

In this role you will :

  • Support the Online South Head on a daily basis and be responsible for helping the cluster in the growth with the customers assigned.
  • Drive overall performance of Amazon, achieving assigned targets for profitable sales growth.
  • Be responsible for the development of Amazon and E-tail B2B platforms.
  • Prepare consolidated business reporting for your direct manager and for the Leadership team.
  • Coordinate reporting and monitor sales and marketing KPIs (Turnover, Profit, IHS, TAM, Traffic, etc…) identifying potential threats to the business and bring under control all the metrics for the accounts assigned.
  • Support deployed ADV campaigns and facilitate customization of execution to achieve business goals.
  • Successfully implement new product launches, new categories, and new key initiatives, coordinating local campaigns with your selected stakeholders.
  • Work closely with EU organisation developing a sustainable yearly sales and marketing plan.
  • Support on Quarterly planning (Presentations, Data, KPIs, Funds, etc…).
  • Work closely with the Amazon Customer Marketing Manager to secure the best implementation of marketing activities.
  • Best practice sharing throughout the South Cluster and EU organisation.
  • Be an active team member.
  • Be a Brand Ambassador.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications :

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team :

  • Extensive account and marketing experience with ideally a track record in consumer electronics, IT or FMCG.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce market & online sales processes. Amazon direct or indirect past experiences are a plus.
  • Strong Analytic, structured and solution-oriented person.
  • Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key partners.
  • Knowledge across a range of marketing concepts and KPIs.
  • Ability to drive, track and deliver projects and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools.
  • Be passionate about Online Channel.
  • Energetic, bright, dynamic and creative.
  • Humble but hungry.
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken, Spanish is a plus.
  • Passion for high quality products, based on unique technology and design.
