Alpinestars cerca un E-commerce Customer Service Specialist da inserire nel team E-commerce. Il candidato ideale avrà ottime capacità comunicative e sarà il primo punto di contatto per i clienti. La posizione richiede esperienza precedente, ottime competenze linguistiche e la capacità di risolvere problemi per ottimizzare l'esperienza online degli utenti.

Competenze

  • Eccellente conoscenza dell'inglese e una seconda lingua (francese, tedesco, spagnolo o olandese).
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile.
  • Buone competenze informatiche in MS Office.

Position:

We are now looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Specialist to join our E-commerce team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout their online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, has excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring a seamless customer experience by interacting with customers through email and live chat
  2. Resolving customer inquiries efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
  3. Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience based on customer feedback
  4. Supporting the E-commerce team on strategies to enhance the online customer experience
  5. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  6. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience
  7. Supporting the ongoing enhancement of our Help Center and AI-powered customer support processes to improve efficiency and elevate the user experience
  8. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and e-commerce trends
  9. Proficiency in using Shopify and Gorgias platforms
  10. Supporting website content translation as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • A second language is required: French, German, Spanish, or Dutch
  • Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
  • An interest in the motorsports industry completes the profile
