What You Can Expect
  • Support Amazon strategy and execution for Italy and Spain
  • Define and implement customer marketing plans for key Italian players
  • Lead and influence local distributors and teams to grow E-commerce
  • Enhance E-commerce capabilities within local teams
  • Support B2B pilots and digital shelf monitoring across Europe
  • Assist in PIM tool implementation in key markets
  • Share best practices regionally
  • Collaborate on media strategies with IMC
  • Identify new regional business opportunities
What You Bring to the Table
  • At least 2 years of experience with E-Commerce players (sales, marketing, or customer marketing)
  • Experience in Spirits is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to develop business from scratch
  • Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a winning attitude
  • Strong knowledge of E-Commerce landscape
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-country projects
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Stakeholder influencing skills
