We’re looking for a Digital Product Marketing Specialist to lead the optimization of our e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and lead generation channels across national and international markets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales and inbound lead generation.
• Manage and continuously improve digital assets: e-commerce, CRM systems, landing pages, and lead platforms.
• Increase the contribution of digital channels to become the main source of qualified leads and direct sales.
• Work closely with Sales to align on lead generation goals and ensure lead quality and conversion.
• Use data and performance analytics to monitor results and optimize digital initiatives.
• Launch and adapt digital product campaigns across Italy and international markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, and CRM teams to ensure full channel integration.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to uncover new promotional opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, digital sales, or related areas.
• Strong sales-driven mindset, used to working with KPIs and lead generation goals.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead gen tools.
• Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and campaign reporting.

• Experience working in both national and international markets.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
