We are looking for an E-BUSINESS WRTW & WOMENS SHOES BUYING SPECIALIST based in MILAN.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow the WRTW and Womens Shoes business through the development and implementation of a dedicated, channel tailored, product and buying strategy.
• Buying & Assortment strategy:
• Assist the Senior Buyer during the seasonal buys and in the definition of the carry over assortments in respect of the channel specificities and regional nuances targeting focusing on increasing conversion and business volumes.
• Collaborate with HQ Retail and Collection Merchandising teams as well as Regional Merchandising teams.
• Purchase order entry and sizing of the order.
• Product deliveries monitoring.
• Stock management:
• Maximize sales opportunities and increase stock efficiency across regions and channels through consolidations, replenishments, etc.
• Closely partner with demand planning team on stock coverage and allocations, highlighting business peaks, issues on stock coverage, phase in styles sales forecast, etc.
• Product Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Run daily/weekly/monthly product performance reports and drive strategic actions to deliver business growth.
• Run in depth EOS analysis to properly balance and evaluate seasonal buyings.
• Support Online Client Engagement on VICs requests:
• Coordinate stock sourcing activities to ensure all VIC requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• Efficiently manage stock of high value items.
• Collect and process VIC pre-orders during the buying campaign and monitor the stock delivery.
• Coordinate VICs pre-access activities with tailored assortments and pre-orders set up.
• Product and collection presentation:
• Closely collaborate with eBusiness Merchandising and Site Merchandising teams giving input on investments, key items, business insights and deliveries to allow strategic decisions on visual merchandising and general presentation of the categories online.
• Ensure alignment to brand image and guarantee a correct and complete collection representation.
• Products push live and pre-order set up for collection launches.
• Run benchmark, trend, market and competitive analysis.
• Develop and deliver product trainings to internal teams and external partners.

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, preferably in structured or digitally focused environments.
• Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented, with solid decision-making skills.
• Good product sensitivity and a genuine interest in digital and e-commerce channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passion for fashion and a strong attention to emerging trends and digital consumer behaviors.
