PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The E-Business Specialist will support and manage LFB’s CRM and e-business activities on the local market in order to enhance the Maison’s presence and performance on online channels, within the framework of an integrated omnichannel strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the definition of the local E-Retail strategy and commercial/animation activity plans, cooperating with other departments involved (Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, etc.), ensuring alignment with the global strategy.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to improve the operational efficiency and growth of E-Retail business.
  • Oversee online product merchandising of catalogues, ensuring products are accurately described and priced.
  • Analyze web traffic and user behaviors to identify opportunities for improving online sales performance; generate regular reports on e-business sales performance, conversion rates, etc., providing insights into trends and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with HQ to maintain an ecommerce plan in line with the local strategy.
  • Manage forecast, logistics, and invoicing (orders and promotional items).
  • Ensure brand consistency across different digital channels.
  • Implement and optimize local CRM strategies following HQ Guidelines to improve customer engagement.
  • Generate regular reports to monitor the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and analyze data from CRM systems to help shape future sales strategies.

PROFILE

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in a similar role involving CRM systems management and/or coordination of e-retail activities.
  • Previous experience in luxury or beauty industries is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with experience in creating detailed reports.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excel, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, SAP / Tableau, Power BI are nice to have.
  • Technical skills related to website function (HTML) are a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus.
