DESCRIPTION

Our last-mile delivery service partners (DSPs) are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to ensure deliveries of all sizes reach their destinations. The AMXL team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) supports and guides our DSP business owners as they develop successful last-mile package delivery businesses within AMXL. KAMs collaborate with OTR managers to transition responsibilities related to planning and DSP capability. As trusted advisors, KAMs work with DSPs to address their biggest challenges, influence business planning and strategy, anticipate obstacles, and recommend solutions to ensure DSP owners make effective decisions and succeed while delivering quality.

KAMs frequently collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Partner Relations (PAR), Legal, Fleet, and Network Health. They support DSP owners by removing obstacles and enhancing financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level. KAMs facilitate Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and establish feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs, and WW/EU Product and Strategy teams.

This role is field-based, requiring significant travel and flexibility to work various hours based on business needs.

Key job responsibilities

• Support last-mile delivery partners across the UK or Europe to meet compliance requirements and prepare routes
• Hold regular meetings with partners
• Resolve partner pain points
• Use data to understand partner performance and support improvements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree
• Relevant experience in account management in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language
• Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) professionally
• Experience using data analytics to solve performance issues
