Our last-mile delivery service partners (DSPs) are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to ensure deliveries of all sizes reach their destinations. The AMXL team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) assists and guides our DSP business owners as they build and grow successful last-mile package delivery businesses within AMXL. KAMs work alongside OTR managers in areas related to the transition of responsibility for execution, planning, and DSP capability. As trusted advisors, KAMs collaborate with DSPs to address their biggest challenges at a programmatic level, influence their business planning and strategy, and proactively identify obstacles to recommend solutions. This ensures DSP owners make effective business decisions and are set up for success while delivering quality.
KAMs frequently collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Partner Relations (PAR), Legal, fleet, and network health teams. They support DSP owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level. KAMs facilitate and execute Monitoring and Enforcement Policies (MEP) and establish two-way feedback channels with OTR teams, DSPs, and WW/EU Product and Strategy teams.
The role is field-based, requiring significant travel and flexibility to work various hours based on business needs.
Key job responsibilities include:

1. Supporting last-mile delivery partners across the UK or Europe to meet compliance requirements and prepare routes.
2. Holding regular meetings with partners.
3. Resolving partner pain points.
4. Using data to understand partner performance and support improvements.

Basic qualifications

• A degree.
• Relevant experience in account management in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language.
• Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting.
• Experience using data analytics to solve performance issues related to customers, partners, or the business.

Preferred qualifications
Preferred qualifications are not required to apply but are desirable:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Degrees in business management, economics, law, engineering, or supply chain and logistics.
