Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is hiring data collectors to drive and capture street imagery using 360 cameras mounted on vehicles. You will follow assigned routes through commercial districts and historic sites across Europe, ensuring high-quality data under varying weather conditions.

The project lasts 3 to 6 months, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and occasional weekend work. Ideal candidates are reliable drivers with good communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver Licence.
• Good driving skills and clean driving record; Good physical condition.
• Must be able to install the cameras on the roof of a vehicle (6 kg in weight and 1 metre in height).
• Private monitored parking space for corporate vehicle would be a plus.
• General car knowledge would be a plus.
• Enjoys driving, within standard business hours.
• Available for a minimum of 3 months.
• Great communication and reporting skills.
• Tech savvy (drivers will use Gmail, Google Forms, Google Meet and WhatsApp).
• High level of responsibility.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented

We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Project objective

The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas in the EU countries. The project is performed on cars with 360 removable cameras, that are mounted by the driver on top of the vehicle. Cameras image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. Later, this data will be used to enhance one the most popular online maps in the world.

The data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times in order to collect the best quality of imaging. The project is expected to last from 3 to 6 months and will cover different data collection areas.

The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows well the area, traffic trends, is highly responsible and reliable.

The schedule expected on the project is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week. Due to weather downtime, work on weekends is possible.
