Company Description

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. Our services include counting features, taking pictures, making videos, recording speech, and scanning areas for detailed analysis. Our teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready for new challenges.

Project Overview

This project involves collecting high-quality visuals of streets, points of interest, and public spaces across EU countries. Using vehicles equipped with removable 360° cameras and lidars, drivers will capture comprehensive images. The data will be stored on onboard SSD drives and used to enhance online mapping platforms.

Data collectors will follow pre-assigned routes focusing on public streets, commercial areas, and points of interest. Some areas may require revisits under favorable weather conditions. The project duration varies, typically lasting 3 to 6 months.

Work Schedule: Full-time, within standard business hours (8 AM - 7 PM).

The recruitment process includes a safety driving test, an interview, and onboarding.

Ideal Candidate:

• Valid EU driver’s license
• Clean criminal and driving records
• At least 5 years of driving experience
• Professional driving background (taxi, delivery, logistics)
• Proficient in English and the local language
• Tech-savvy, experienced with GSuite tools
• Basic vehicle mechanics knowledge
• Responsible, reliable, professional
• Enjoys traveling and exploring
• Familiar with operational areas
