Company description

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. Our services include counting features, taking pictures, making videos, recording speech, and scanning areas for detailed analysis. Our field data collection teams are located across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges.

Project Overview

This project aims to gather high-quality visuals of streets, points of interest, and public spaces across EU countries. Using vehicles equipped with removable 360° cameras and lidars, drivers will capture comprehensive images of their surroundings. The data will be stored on onboard SSD drives and used to improve a leading online mapping platform.

Data collectors will follow predefined routes, focusing on public streets, commercial areas, and points of interest. Some areas may need revisiting under favorable weather conditions to ensure optimal image quality.

The project duration varies based on the scope of each data collection area, typically lasting 3 to 6 months.

Work schedule : full-time engagement during standard business hours (8 AM - 7 PM).

The recruitment process includes a safety driving test, an interview with a recruiter, and onboarding.

Ideal Candidate :

• Holds a valid EU driver’s license.
• Has a clean criminal and driving record background check.
• At least 5 years of driving experience.
• Professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, delivery, logistics).
• Proficient in English and the local language.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using GSuite tools (Gmail, Google Spreadsheets, Google Forms).
• Basic vehicle mechanics knowledge.
• Responsible, reliable, and professional.
• Enjoys traveling and exploring new places.
• Familiar with the operational area.
