Michael Page International seeks a Station Manager in Taranto to direct Boeing Dreamlifter operations, leading ground/underwing teams and suppliers in cargo validation, build-up and loading/unloading.

You will oversee ground support equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement, coordinating with Ramp and Maintenance managers to optimize schedules and technical proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in leadership/supervisory roles (3-5+ years).
• Strong safety mindset with proven leadership and team management.
• Familiarity with GSE products and CMMS systems, preferably Hexagon EAM.
• Detail-oriented with deadlines, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Direct and manage operations, leading ground/underwing teams and suppliers for validation of cargo and Boeing Dreamlifter loading processes.
• Monitor safety performance and implement corrective actions as required.
• Lead operational audits to assess efficiency, safety compliance, and standards adherence.
• Develop and validate standardized ground operation procedures and training.
• Evaluate supplier plans for conformity to standards and contracts.
• Lead and manage technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Oversee Dreamlifter operations with Ramp Manager for seamless integration of maintenance and ramp activities.
• Manage work schedules based on equipment availability and operational needs.
• Ensure clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Coordinate with Global Maintenance Manager and Contract Manager on activities and communication.
• Provide technical guidance to troubleshoot and repair ground support equipment.
