Role Responsibilities

1. Draft, analyze, and review economic-financial plans and business plans for companies of various sizes and sectors, with a focus on distressed enterprises.
2. Assess financial sustainability of companies and support strategic recovery and resource optimization strategies.
3. Prepare and review financial statements and reports according to art. 2423 of the Civil Code.
4. Assist companies in managing ordinary and industrial accounting, with particular attention to cost analysis and profitability.
5. Analyze accounting and tax documentation to identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
6. Provide strategic consulting directly to clients to identify optimal business and tax solutions, ensuring business continuity and risk minimization.

Requirements

• Qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional firms or consulting companies.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate taxation and financial planning tools.
• Ability to work independently and prepare economic-financial documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and result-driven attitude.
