Job Description

We are expanding our team to include an experienced Commercial Lawyer / Advisor who will be responsible for drafting, analyzing, and reviewing economic-financial plans and business plans for companies.

CFI - Crisi Fiscale d’Impresa, based in Milan (San Babila area), specializes in managing corporate crises and is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer / Advisor in financial planning and management control to strengthen our team.

The selected candidate, operating under a VAT regime, will:

1. Draft, analyze, and review economic-financial plans and business plans for companies of various sizes and sectors, focusing on distressed enterprises.
2. Assess the financial sustainability of companies and support them in defining recovery strategies and resource optimization.
3. Prepare and review financial statements and reports in accordance with art. 2423 of the Civil Code.
4. Assist companies in managing ordinary and industrial accounting, with particular attention to cost analysis and profitability.
5. Analyze accounting and fiscal documentation to identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
6. Provide strategic consulting to clients to identify the best business and fiscal solutions, ensuring business continuity and minimizing risks.

Requirements:

• Certified as a Commercial Lawyer
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional firms or consulting companies
• Excellent knowledge of corporate taxation and financial planning tools
• Ability to work independently and prepare economic-financial documentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and results-driven

Work location: Milan, Piazza San Babila

Collaboration: VAT-based

Compensation: Based on experience and skills, to be defined during the interview
