We are seeking a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the central and southern areas, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Aliaxis Italy.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base in the assigned areas. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs will also be key.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Visiting clients for technical promotion of our products
  • Managing sales of products across different brands and promoting our brand values
  • Achieving sales targets, including price increases and managing overdue accounts
  • Analyzing competitors' operations
  • Developing market specifications
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Taking customer orders
  • Supporting and guiding sales agents and representatives
  • Adhering to driving rules
  • Developing tailored offers in collaboration with the Technical Office

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of the plastic sector is a plus
  • Experience in sales and client management, with strong familiarity with the assigned area and customers
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Southern and Central Italy)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
  • Customer-focused attitude, demonstrating availability, courtesy, and competence
