Una nota azienda globale nel settore della gestione delle risorse idriche e energetiche cerca un 'Domestic Sales Area Manager' per le regioni centrali e meridionali d'Italia. Il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile della creazione e implementazione di strategie di vendita, sviluppo di relazioni con i clienti e raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato. È richiesta esperienza nelle vendite e forte attitudine al cliente, unita a competenze comunicative e negoziali.

Domestic Sales Area Manager

In Italy, we have over 700 employees across 5 production sites, representing brands such as FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA, and LARETER. We serve the building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture sectors.

We are seeking a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the central and southern regions of Italy, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director.

The role involves designing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in the assigned areas, building and maintaining strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Visiting clients to promote our products technically
  2. Managing sales across different brands and promoting our brand values
  3. Achieving sales targets, including price increase and overdue collections
  4. Analyzing competitors' operations
  5. Developing market specifications
  6. Building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
  7. Taking orders from clients
  8. Supporting sales agents and team members
  9. Adhering to driving regulations
  10. Collaborating with Technical Office to develop tailored offers for clients

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in sales and client management, with knowledge of the local area and customer base
  • English language proficiency
  • Availability to travel within the assigned regions (southern and central Italy)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented attitude
  • Customer-focused approach with courtesy and competence
