Domestic Sales Area Manager

In Italy, we have over 700 employees and multiple brands such as FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA, and LARETER, serving the building, infrastructure, industrial, and agriculture sectors.

We are seeking a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the central and southern areas, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Italy.

The role involves designing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base within the assigned areas. The manager will also build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Visiting clients to promote our products technically
  • Managing sales across different brands and promoting our brand values
  • Achieving sales targets, including price increase and overdue management
  • Analyzing competitors' operations
  • Developing market specifications
  • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
  • Taking customer orders
  • Supporting assigned salespeople and agents
  • Adhering to driving safety rules
  • Creating tailored offers in collaboration with our Technical Office

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Knowledge in the plastic sector is a plus
  • Experience in sales and client management, with strong familiarity with the area and clients
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel within central and southern Italy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, analytical, results-oriented mindset
  • Customer-focused attitude, demonstrating availability, courtesy, and competence
