We are seeking a Domestic Sales Area Manager for the central and southern regions, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Italy.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base within the assigned areas. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs will also be key.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Visiting clients to promote our products technically
  • Managing sales for various brands and promoting our brand values
  • Achieving sales targets, including price increases and managing overdue accounts
  • Analyzing competitors' operations
  • Developing market specifications
  • Building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Taking orders from clients
  • Supporting and supervising sales staff and agents
  • Adhering to driving rules
  • Creating tailored offers in collaboration with our Technical Office

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of the plastic sector is a plus
  • Experience in sales and client management, with good knowledge of the area and customer base
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel within central and southern Italy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, analytical, results-oriented attitude
  • Customer-centric approach, demonstrating courtesy, availability, and competence
